Refund Policy

1. Voluntary Donations

All donations made to our organization are voluntary contributions to support our charitable activities.

2. Non-Refundable Donations

As a general rule, donations once made are non-refundable because the funds are immediately allocated to support our programs and beneficiaries.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Incorrect donation amount entered due to a technical error
  • Unauthorized transaction

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe your donation qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

  • Donation Amount
  • Date of Transaction
  • Payment Method
  • Transaction / Reference ID
